Qualifications
·
25+
year’s work experience as a UNIX/Linux Systems Administrator.
·
Understanding
of Infrastructure as a Service – IaaS (Red Hat OpenStack) and Platform as a
Service – PaaS (Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Jboss Enterprise Application
Platform) technologies.
·
Experience
implementing and managing high availability (HA), scalable, and clustered
enterprise class server environments in compliance with service level
agreements (SLA) and project requirements.
·
Understanding
of UNIX (Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, IRIX) and Linux (Red Hat
Enterprise Linux (RHEL), CentOS, SLES (SuSE Linux Enterprise Server))
operating systems, user/group management, filesystem and storage
management, system services, TCP/IP services, system security, networking
protocols and kernel modifications (building kernels, parameters).

Experience
implementing Red Hat Enterprise Linux clusters for high availability.
Experience implementing Red Hat Network Satellite and supporting services

with virtualization technologies, whether in migration of physical to
